Client Protection

Transaction Standards

Quest Luxo approaches private sourcing through clear authority, documented expectations, proportionate diligence, and client approval.

Clear engagement

Scope, roles, commercial terms, and material assumptions are established before a transaction proceeds. A public inquiry is not a commitment by either party.

Item and counterparty diligence

Diligence is proportionate to the item and transaction. It may include identity, provenance, condition, reference, configuration, ownership, supplier, logistics, payment, and sanctions-related checks where applicable.

Client decision authority

Quest Luxo provides information and recommendations, while the client retains final decision authority. Material changes in price, condition, timing, or transaction structure require renewed client approval.

Payments and delivery

Payment instructions, custody, insurance, shipping, inspection, and acceptance expectations are confirmed through transaction-specific communications. Clients should independently verify payment instructions using an established contact channel.
