Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, watch interests, budget range, timing, and message. We also process limited technical information needed to secure the service, such as request time and a privacy-preserving abuse prevention identifier.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, evaluate sourcing requirements, communicate about a potential engagement, protect the service from abuse, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Quest Luxo does not sell personal information.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by hosting, email, security, and professional service providers acting for Quest Luxo. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction.
Retention and security
General inquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is reasonably required for an active engagement, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. We apply access controls, transport encryption, restricted production storage, and audit logging proportionate to the information processed.
Your choices and requests
